Rule 55
Able to conduct non-formal education
(1) If any institution wants to conduct informal education, it must submit an application to the district informal education committee for approval along with the recommendation of the concerned village development committee or municipality.
(2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the district non-formal education committee will carry out the necessary investigation in relation to the application and if it appears that the applicant will be allowed to conduct non-formal education after the investigation, the necessary conditions will be approved.
(3) If an institution does not conduct non-formal education in accordance with the conditions specified under sub-rule (2), the District Non-formal Education Committee may cancel the approval given to such an institution at any time.
